I heard an interesting definition of sources yesterday. They were talking about how we can strengthen others and it will give them confidence. When we allow people to make things on their own and make decisions, they will learn. They will become more comfortable by themselves and want to do more things on their own. They will find it that they enjoy doing it because they are trying new as we support them.
Only last Sunday, our lesson was in church to have faith in God. How can we not do things on our own behalf and how we do not always feel self-confident. Therefore, we need to have faith in God rather than someone or something else. Trust in God will get us through good time and bad.
Thinking about these two lessons this week and putting them together, I start thinking that we really need to strengthen God. We are not strengthening him to build his self-confidence but to build our own in him. When we strengthen God and allow him to do what he wants to do for us, we are putting our confidence in him. We are telling him we believe in him and want him to face our circumstances.
Let's look for today's circumstances that enable us to strengthen God. Allow him to have the opportunity to work in our lives as he wishes. Let him worry, our concern, our problem. Let him live and trust him. For without him, we can not do anything.
John 9:33 "If this man were not from God, he would not have been able to do that." (NLT)
Philippians 2:13 "For God works in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what he pleases." (NLT)
John 15: 5b "You can do nothing beyond me." (NLT)
The Lord wants us to trust in Him. He wants to manage our ways, go for us and join us along the way. Let's work on strengthening him today in the sense that we take on the whole and trust him. As we strengthen him to help us, he will strengthen us to do what he wants us to do.
Dear sir, we come to you today and know how powerful and powerful you are. We know you can do everything and you want to help us. Help us remember today, no matter what happens to us, you're still with us. Help us give you all day, good or bad, so that you can do what is your will for us. We support you to take control of our lives. We trust you and trust you in our lives. In Jesus & # 39; name. Amen.
