3 main incentives

There has been a lot of writing about motivation. In fact, I have created a book about it. Interestingly, even though I have written other books, the incentive seems to be the one people want or most need.

What is incentives that we find so difficult? I would guess the hardest part is that we have to keep it up, preferably always. When we go to the gym, we do our workout and then it is done. When we have to finish a job for work, we will work on it for a certain time and then it's over; delivered, finished.

However, motivation is a different cookie. We need to be there when it's time to go to the gym, we need to be there when we have to finish the project and we need to be there when our children can not spell "electricity" after practicing for weeks. In my opinion, the focus is always needed because people are so interesting to have it.

3. Obedience

. Of these three factors, perseverance is perhaps the only one to fight the most. Usually, when we decide something, we have our direction; we know where we want to go. Effort is an individual and for a certain period of time we are prepared to give it to us. However, after a while, even the most motivated of us begin to feel less enthusiastic and often, eventually we give up, especially if things do not happen fast enough.

This is when the role of perseverance is so important. Those who continue their goal or desire are usually those who end up achieving it. The road to it could be up, but the victory is so much sweeter as a result. Consider this next time you are going to give up your efforts – the results might be just around the corner. It would be a pleasure to let them be there and not reach them. With a little good old perseverance you can do it without too much hassle.
