So here it is …
Every action you take is an action for something
All you do, everything you say, every thought, every gesture, every breath – it's all the action in benefit from something.
When you are complaining about your friend about your partner, your job, your children and everything else is whing about, you work for the sake of your belief that you can not have what you want, you are powerless to to change your life, you can not trust others you need to manage, etc.
When you think how annoying your fellow is, how selfish your spouse is, how irritating parents are, you're working for your underlying religion: I'm weak, I can not get what I want, that's right, etc. etc.
When you give your finger to a guy who just rolled out for you, you work for the benefit of your interrogation: I have to control myself (and others and the world), I can not have what I want, etc., etc.
When viewing something you've created recently: article, painting, email; and think "it hurts" – you work for the benefit of your underlying views – I'm unable, I can not, I do not have the capacity, etc.
Start posting a theme here? Ask yourself what did I do in the last hour? Last day? last week? most of my life?
You are creating your future reality, which reflects these views more and more when you respond to your underlying beliefs (some that may be buried as deep as Titanic). More trouble with your partner, more irritation from your neighbor, more stupid drivers that create destruction around you. More proof that what you believe is true.
But what if you believe is not a reality?
Start working for what you love today, right now, this time. What you really love – the things that make you true, reflect joy and pleasure. You know what they are, even if you've neglected them for eons.
If you love walking your dog because it brings you peace and fresh air – get rid of your computer now and bring the dog.
If you love to take a hot bath – take one now.
If you love travel, start taking action.
If you're in love with close relationships with your neighbors, think about how annoying they are, put it aside (without judgment) and change your focus on what you love – give them a friendly wave as you go .
It's easy. Just start to notice what you are working for and start working for the benefit of life you want to love to live. Pretty soon you will notice that your life looks more and more like what you love. Create and fix.
