Motivation can be defined in many ways, but there are two basic explanations or descriptions. It can be defined as the main reason or reasons why individuals participate in a particular behavior, especially human behavior directed to the study of psychology or neurological disorders. It can also be defined as the driving force that begins and drives individual behavior. It is the internal energy that drives us to achieve our goals. Usually, it is considered a powerful mindset that is not concerned with personality.
There are three aspects of human behavior that motivation is based on and based on:
1. behavioral behavior
2. Behavioral Power
3. Obsessive Behavior
Behavioral behavior relates to a particular role that activates behavior, but the behavior is related to the person responsible for controlling behavior. Obsessive behavior is related to the way the behavior persists.
What drives an individual to success is called a motive. Usually all ideas fall into one of three categories and are considered to be physiological or psychological by nature:
1. heart disease – hunger, breathing, thirst, etc.
2. unconventional suggestions – curiosity about the environment, shelter, etc.
3. learning or social reasons – success, acceptance, power, social relations, etc.
In what efforts an individual undertakes, interest (or lack) is the key to success or failure of the project. It plays a key role in the workplace where the effective performance of an employee is concerned. Managers or supervisors have a direct impact and play an important role in encouraging employees by using different incentives to increase productivity. It also states that this directly affects the collaborative steps between the employer and the employee.
Motivation can also be classified as
1. negative or positive
2. obvious or subtle
3. intangible or tangible
Education or learning is also related to motivation, and mentors often use motivation methods to teach their students. It can benefit the student by making them more capable and encouraging confidence and ability to solve problems.
Self-assessment has also been divided into two different types:
1. Extrinsic – Generation of External Factors
2. Intrinsic – is formed by inner emotions and is longer lasting than foreign
Self-determination is thought to be inherent in the internal drive of individual individuals. It's the basis for overcoming obstacles in the way to reach one's goals. In addition, certain external factors are responsible for driving people into a new project or moving in a positive direction. Characteristic is an independent focus on three factors:
As an individual can not rely on others for motivation, self-certification has come inside. It plays a key role in creating an individual's courage and strength to achieve certain goals and is necessary to develop new businesses or make a positive change in life's lives. Training programs have proved to be the best way to educate themselves in order to improve motivation and self-assessment.
