Seven distinctive qualities of good leaders

How often have you heard the comment: "He or she is born leader?" There are certain symptoms found by some who seem to put them in a position as a leader.

An individual is born leader or develops skills and abilities to become a leader is open to debt. There are some clear qualities found in good leaders. These features can be developed or can be a natural part of their personality. Let us explore them further.


1. A good leader has an exemplary character. It is very important that the leader is reliable to lead others. A leader has to trust and be known to live his life with integrity and integrity.
