The real happiness of life

What is happiness? Where do we find it? How do we get it? I read to acknowledge that it's important to have enough money for our needs, but beyond that, money has little to do with true happiness.

Happiness is the innermost state we are looking for in our entire life. In our quest for real happiness in life, we experienced too much pain and sacrifice. There are even times when we lose our own source of happiness. But there are only a few who know that the real happiness lies within us.

Happiness does not always have to be successful, prosperous or educational. Really happiness always has root in unselfishness – she is in love with some kind. The present is an age of pleasure-search, and men are losing their sanity in a mad rush for emotions that make but fond and disappointing. In this day of falsification, adultery and basic imagery, the devil is busy but he has ever been in the history of mankind, in the production of joy, both old and new; and this offers him for sale in the most attractive fashion, which is incorrectly marked, & Happiness.

What is happiness then? How is it different than pleasure? Happiness does not understand any bad favorites, it is followed by no depressing reaction; It does not call repentance, does not regret it, does not repent; pleasure makes too often necessary repentance, pain and suffering; and if it's clean, it's a breakdown and destruction.

True happiness lives again and again in memory, always with renewal of original goodness; An instant dishonest pleasure can go with a coated stitch, which, like a thorn in the flesh, is always angry. Happiness is not in harmony with life, nor is it a joyous happiness.

It seems that happiness is something we all want but few find. Is it a career? Is happiness in our content? Looking for happiness in things will never be fulfilled. Finally, we find ourselves just looking further.

Do not take yourself too seriously. True perfection is actually accepting your imperfections. Thus, you are not struggling or rejecting yourself. Be a friend with yourself. Never knock you down because of too many emotional issues. It's natural to find everything, whatever it may be.

Try to ponder. There is an overwhelming number of studies that show how meditation changes the brain's brain in relation to pleasure and happiness and stimulates the feel-good aspect. Thinking of love and kindness makes you much happier! And the only way to know this is to try it, so do not hesitate. It has been proven that even as 10 minutes of meditation daily can lead to physical changes in the brain that add strength and focus, calm the nervous system and help you become good and compassionate and even more humorous.

Release negativity. Learn to forgive and forget. See all challenges as an opportunity for further growth. Express gratitude for what you have. Do not worry about the little things. Take plenty of "worrying holidays" as you read your mind not to worry about a certain amount of time.

See the humor in life and our experience. Take life less seriously and learn to laugh at yourself. Serve and be good to others. Treat everyone with kindness. Talk to others. Listen truly to others. Support them without getting into it. Be careful with your words. Speak better, children and wizards. Observe others and free their will. Put your trust in others and trust again.

Work as part of the whole. See others as partners in your efforts. Practice generosity and give without expecting anything instead. Live in the present. Do not play negative events or concerns about the future. Accept and celebrate strangeness. Be grateful for your life, for every moment every day.

Check yourself at the moment. Choose a healthy lifestyle. Keep your daily life. Wake up at the same time every morning, preferably early. Get enough sleep. Do not overeat and try to exercise healthy self-control. Practice daily to sweat.

Laugh more. Laughter is the best medicine. Practice deep breathing and yoga. The body and the mind are connected. Watch your spirit. Keep learning new things. Get creative.

Be infected. Live to a minimum and simply. Often extravagant generates more stress, no more pleasure. De-clutter your home to your de-cluttered mind. Very good in your own home. Make it your sanctuary by keeping it clean, organized and uplifting. Go without certain things you think you need.
