Success leaders in the organization are based on the ability to get amazing things done through a variety of processes. The process involves methods that leaders use to transform values into action, barriers to innovation, real-world view, risk in prize and separation / division in trust. Leadership is responsible for creating a climate where people / work transforms challenging opportunities into amazing success (Kouzes & Posner (c) p.xi).
In the organization there is no shortage of challenging opportunities, especially in these times when increased challenges are associated with various complexities. Every generation is facing new and serious threats and also finds favorable conditions to overcome or solve threats. Therefore, the key role is to find the right response to make the most effective and effective solution. Response to a challenge tends to improve the situation abnormally or severely worsen the situation (Kouzes & Posner (c) px).
Kouzes and Posner proposes a model of leadership that introduces traditional ideas and embryos with new measures to support working groups and delivering uncertain times by utilizing the talent and talent of subordinates and clusters by finding a better balance at work and personal life, by setting a positive example of ethics and honesty in daily life, using knowledge of products and services to create more value for customers, mind wisdom and innocuance of various generations in the workplace, and take advantage of scientific knowledge to come out with sustainable and safer world.
The leader should adopt new technology tools for creating a human link, rebuilding community thinking at work, and improving understanding of diversity, transforming information into knowledge, enhancing common living standards, promoting peace until the world is tired of war and creates hope and profound understanding of people's lives.
Every challenge creates the need for people to take advantage of the opportunity to lead the world to greatness. Leadership is giving up traditional methods of managing and scrutiny, reward and punishment and pick up the benefits of individual characters, innovation and bold convictions. It's all about answering a call to leadership. It can be noted that leadership is not selective for selected few charismatic women and men, but it is a process that ordinary people can pursue to achieve success for themselves and others. Whether the challenge is to emphasize self-study or develop content in organizational charts, teams, peers, reports, managers or community members, the leader may take steps to implement those recommendations. Conformity is an important factor in leadership behavior because it reflects the credibility of man. People will believe that they can count on the leader and their actions from time to time and have certain expectations.
The leader of the leader is to provide services. Therefore, a leader will only be followed if people unconsciously or consciously judge the person in order to find a solution to their needs and problems.
When a leader issues traditional management practices, it does not necessarily mean that there should be a lot of new information or the latest technology to handle situations. It's all about leading ideas that are already in the soul but need to be implemented. It is necessary for the leader to have clarity value to guide it in the right direction. If a leader is aware of the methods that are implemented, it will be easier to be in the chosen way to take steps to make a difference.
Loyalty is not an element that a leader can demand, but it's an element that people choose to provide when one gets it through their works. The authority person does not work loyal but it is offered on the basis of leaders the ability to solve the need.
A good leader must be willing to listen to criticism. It is not necessary to keep track of all negative comments, but the person is listening to healthy criticism without smuggling that benefits the leader to make improvements and adds the change.
The problem of criticism is that the majority of leaders do not want to consider honest responses. If there is no volunteering from the people concerned, the leader must ask a question about how the effectiveness of new technology that a leader applies to change a situation or address a challenge.
After a draft new proposal, a leader will pause and review the situation before reviewing new progress strategies. The best leaders are those who monitor the situation and then set up appointments.
The hypothesis of leadership does not evolve from divinely inspired methods or prophetic solutions or vision leaders, but occurs through finding ways to meet the expectations of the people. People want to take care of the future for them. A common vision makes the leader more acceptable because people seem to be part of the process than being guided by a process.
Leaders should be able to create a permanent nationality from their vision to create a bright and exciting future as part of their skills. Current leaders of the day must worry about the world's home and the people who are. This allows leaders to leave the organization in a better position. The promoter is chosen by the public and is only another quality honesty required by leaders. Leadership challenge is beyond the training or guidance of people. It sets an example of how it can change people's lives.
