5 Ability Agile Leadership

True experts and so-called experts have written a bunch of what understands great leaders from the media.

I have tried to work with some of the most successful global companies and realized that it is actually in agility or how well the leader is in balance with many decisions and challenges at the same time. Flexible flexible leadership is the ability to keep your business running successfully with successful and reliable processes, people and innovation. Too much focus on one area can prevent success in another. For example, obsession with efficiency can lead companies to reduce everything that is not directed directly to action, including leadership development and research and research.

In my years of evaluating and developing leaders who fit this description, I have identified five core skills, or characteristics that all agile flexible leaders have in common. Here is a picture of each of them.

1. Situational Awareness

Situational awareness is to understand how external and internal events, such as market competition or integration, can affect business performance. It also includes understanding the needs and feelings of the event, as well as the impact on the activities.

Good-looking leaders understand, for example, how mergers affect employee safety and performance and will do their utmost to reassure employees and keep them updated on the latest developments.

2. Systems Thinking

Complex problems often have many causes, which may include actions that were taken before to solve other problems. In large organizations, any operation may have many outputs and even unintended consequences. For example, it may exclude staff to reduce the cost of maintaining the same production line and may result in greater overcrowding and outsourcing, which can become expensive enough to deny the proposed savings.

3. Priority Priority

Many leaders start the year with a list of key goals – the big picture limits that are best described at a glance. However, important targets can be achieved quickly with the most pressing "fires" that need to be posted every day. They must compare long-term goals with short-term needs and requests, never losing sight of what is very important.
This is a skill that requires special planning, time management and patience. Even actual leaders are struggling to get this right sometimes.

4. Maintaining Self-consciousness

While local awareness requires leaders to have a good understanding of what is happening around them, self-awareness is the ability of leaders to understand their own feelings and ideas.

Having this knowledge in itself can help leaders to control their own personal bias and make better decisions, adjust their behavior according to circumstances.

A leader whose main affair is the affection and consent of others will have a hard time making difficult decisions unless he acknowledges this tension and keeps it under control. Or is a leader who is primarily motivated by money making decisions that cause him or her to lose respect or even violate ethics.

5. Personal Honesty

Without honesty, a leader is irrevocable to maintain the trust, loyalty and support of people whose cooperation is necessary. Honesty means that you are honest, ethical and trustworthy. Important Hints of Honesty Are:

– Behavior That Conforms to the Values ​​Repeatedly Given to Others
– Managing Personal Decisions and Decisions

A Lack of Leadership Health Will Historically have negative consequences for individual leaders and for planning. Research at the Creative Leadership Center found executives with high honesty and better-performing caregivers, and lack of integrity was common among managers, as career progressed at initial speed with rapid advances.
