There is obviously no brainer to decide which one is better for happiness or hate. I do not think many of us consider another H-word in all of this, our health.
When we hate someone we give them authority over us, they affect our sleep, appetite, our blood pressure health and our happiness.
Our enemies would jump out of joy if they just knew what we were going through and how miserable we found. Our hatred does not really harm them at all, but it's turning our days and nights into a very miserable existence.
There is an old saying that goes. "He who is angry, defeats you."
This is so true, we are going through hell who wishes all the terrible things on them and they are happy with happiness.
Recent survey has shown that most people with hypertension have acknowledged that they wear grudges and can not forgive. Hypertension is a major cause of heart failure.
I know it does not sound fair does it, someone is wrong for you and by endangering you with your health.
The simple solution is that if someone's wrong, forgive them instantly and let them see you're not worried, they'll totally confuse them and you can even have a little chuckle wondering what they're doing.
So what's the solution? do not buy in anger or hate just relax and realize that just staying, you are really looking for your health.
Make your default happy setting and see how your health and your life change.
