Conformity patterns of behavioral behavior control. There are certain methods used by a leader to influence followers. There are all eight essentials used by leaders while leading a group. These methods are independent of leadership style.

These eight technologies include policy, oversight, negotiations, participation, hint, implementation, redress and punishment.

The policy is copyright. Leaders with a source of authority usually use this method. In this case, the leader only appoints his followers to do what he needs. The leader should have authority to give instructions to his followers, but only he can use this technique.

There are two possible situations where this method can be used. One situation is when a leader does not have time to apply other methods. The second thing to go for this method is when it's good for the company.

The statement tactic is all about explaining and convincing the people to get the job done. It's about making them believe that what you want to do is right to do.

Remember that everyone has curiosity and the right to know why he is making certain things. This method works well when the people who are convinced are in the same or higher position than a leader.

There is a reason to lead the people this way. You should be able to state the reasons why a particular role is done in a special way.

Another important tactic is negotiation. This means affecting settlement that is acceptable for both leaders and people.

This may involve creating something. This method needed in some cases and can prove very effective.

Next, participation method. This approach is about participating in what the leader wants to do and accepting the same goals as he has. This entails commitments in them to achieve that goal.

This is one of the most powerful technologies. If this method is used along with certain other methods according to the needs of an hour, it can work wonders.

Participation methods give a sense of ownership and people naturally work fervor for the things they own.

The limited authority allows the leader to use the correction method. This method is useful when people prevent direct effects.

In this tactic, the leader does not directly ask what he wants, but takes part in some other tasks that make people what he wants them to do. When a direct approach fails, this is the best way to get leaders.

In the action plan, the leader only tells the followers of the relevant object. When a leader has no energy or he does not want to use it, this tactic is used.

The reason why a particular thing is done does not have to be logical or convincing. If the real reason behind a particular action is not introduced then the leader is said to be using the deployment methods. This method is used to avoid certain negative effects. Providing reasons other than true reasons are sometimes needed and are quite legitimate.

The Repudiation Method is used by denying access to the desired one. A leader may be aware of how a particular task will be achieved, but he denies his ability to do so. He then helps those who have stuck to do the job. Thus, he leads a permanent person to study a particular job and can get work at the same time.

The most common circumstances require leaders to use all these methods at different times, which of course depends on the strength of the situation. It is advisable to choose flexible leadership elements with the ability to use different methods as needed.
