Motivation Stories? Use any work

Over the years, many types of motivation policies have been developed in the field of education. One of the most popular doctrines looks at suicide and external motivation. Intrinsic motivation is when you are encouraged to do something on your own, usually for your own pleasure. Make a puzzle or read a book that they want are good examples. Extrinsic motivation is when external effects affect the concentration. A common example is the athlete inspired by the chess crowd to perform at a higher level. Both can be powerful.

Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are theoretical theories that have merit but small virtual world applications.

I like NLP for fast-paced applications in many worlds. NLP stands for Nero Language Programming. NLP was designed by Richard Bandler who studied top psychologists, psychotherapists and hypnotists who received positive results with people who worked fast. He then created NLP using the methods he learned to create a rapid and positive positive change of people.

One way NLP looks at motivation is by ruling out two types of motivation called "moving to" and "moving away." Moving to mean you are encouraged to move to what you want. That's a positive trend. An example of this is working and saving money to go on vacation.

Then there is a "motion away" type of motivation. This happens when you are encouraged by fear or pain. An example of this is when you are encouraged to eat healthy because you do not want to die of a heart attack.

So what motivation is best? Whoever works for you! It is important to get really emotional attached to either direction.

Emotional attachment can happen through visualization or imagination. Moving toward direction, you want to form or imagine exactly what you want. Take this platform into your mind and then interact with the various senses in the environment you have created. What does it feel like on the body? How do you feel the body in your body? What does it sound like? What does it taste like? Are there any odors? Take each of these emotions and increase them to find out if there is more or less positive charge. Keep those who make you feel better.

By moving away a strategy you want to do the same visualization, only now you will increase all the negative emotions even more to see you mad. The point is to frighten you in taking action. It's more of a fight or flight strategy. If there were a package of wolves that drives you down, you would have a lot of motivation not only to run but to run faster than you ever have.

They work both. In my opinion, it is better to use a movement towards a direction. People often get depressed or overwhelmed with negative emotions when they play negative situations over and over again. We can be a bit difficult in ourselves, so why is life getting worse?

At the other end of the spectrum, some say that action plans are the only way people will really take action. Finally, they will both achieve your goal. Just use a policy that works best for you.
