Motivation: Their Classification

While there are some useful definitions of motivation, we will define it as a person's desire to do something based on need. When faced with a need (either perceived or true), he or she is usually encouraged to perform certain actions for some kind of appropriateness. Once a particular need has been met, the incentive to continue operations has decreased and remains at "zero level" until the need returns. In order to fully evaluate this phenomenon, we need to examine further emphases and analyze the individual characteristics of individual needs.


BASIC AND BUILDING SITE: This area combines basic needs for most individuals, including needs such as air, water, food and shelters. In assessing these needs, it is important to think of them in a very basic way and not as they affect the personal tastes and wishes of individuals. For example, a glass of water and a bottle of rare Italian wine tastes somewhat different, but both will turn off thirst. We tend to take these necessary emotions, of course, until they are taken from us. Under normal circumstances, a need that is classified within the base or survival area is generally well-pleased for the average. Understanding these needs is rather short-lived and such needs are easily met. The longing for these transient needs, when satisfied, will decrease only to return when the need is recovered.

SECURITY OR SAFETY: At a higher level, a cluster of related needs is associated with its own safety and security. Within this area, we have all the needs of being fairly safe in our daily work. Although the majority of needs in this area are commonplace for all, it is interesting to note that their impact on individuals may vary. For example, a 45-year-old supervisor would probably be interested in the institution's pension / retirement scheme, while an 18-year-old new employee could perceive the end of the bonus as much more important. The key change is how an individual perceives certain circumstances, not what anyone else thinks is true.

RELATIONSHIP OR EGO ZONE: It is widely acknowledged that the needs of the area are the most complex and not as satisfied as either basic or survival or as security and safety requirements. In this vast area, we find the following types of relationships that meet our own requirements. Examples of connection needs are: – Need for personal understanding of importance. – Needed for confirmation and confirmation from others. –Need for achievements. – Want to be loved and care – Syndicate Identity.

While all of these needs may differ between individuals, it's important to keep in mind that we are all looking forward to meeting these areas. Furthermore, there is a need for satisfaction in a relationship / ego area not only in the business world but also in social situations. To the extent that an individual perceives need fulfillment in this area has a direct impact on his mental well-being and will totally correlate his career. Recognizing the perception factor can directly assist in complex process control of others in the workplace.

Our need at each level is heavily influenced by external factors that directly affect us or our own perception. We can convert this information for use in surveillance as follows. External stimuli are factors we have little or no control that affects our lives in the workplace. However, you can influence your own view of the situation of others (eg, a supervisor at work) and therefore should be well understood by all those who control others in the workplace.
