In 1943, an American psychologist Abraham Maslow released a paper called [Theory of Human Motivation] . In this article, Maslow argued that the human beings are encouraged to meet basic needs and when they are met, they endeavor to adequately fulfill your needs in a series of incremental levels. It was previously thought that men were only encouraged to look for physiological needs such as warmth, shelter, food, water and gender, or, in other words, the "animal needs" of the human being. Maslow argued that only physiological needs were not enough to motivate a person as a conscious person. Maslow argued that the physical and security needs of individuals were to focus only on the needs and that there were additional needs that an individual was encouraged to pursue throughout his life. This was described by Maslow as a hierarchy of needs, also known as Maslow's hierarchy.
Maslow's Asset Force
The theory of Maslow's background is that there are five stimulating layers of progressive needs that are attributed to human behavior. Biological needs, such as food and water need, are at the bottom, because as we know, if we do not drink water, we will die. But when we meet all of these biological needs, it will no longer be a driving force in our lives, and we will develop a new layer of needs we are encouraged to. Imagine a pyramid with five different layers. To analyze this article, let the bottom layer look at song no. 1 and the top of the pyramid as a layer no. 5.
Layer # 1 – Physiological Needs
Physiological needs are the basic nutrients needed to support the biological existence of the individual as an organism. These include oxygen, food and water, elimination of physical waste, sleep and body temperature. Perhaps the need for sex also needs a physiological need in this class. Physiological needs include the establishment of the hierarchy on which all other laws are based. Whenever one of these physiological needs is threatened, all other needs become independent and physiological needs will be a priority.
Layer # 2 – Security Requirements
The second song in the hierarchy is a security and security requirement. In order for this to be met, an individual needs to experience security in his life and live without fear. In caveman days, this usually means a good safe cave that would protect him and his family from a difficult environment, as well as other predators and enemies. Security and security needs may include physical security against violence, business operations, financial security, health protection and family safety.
Layer # 3 – Love and Attending Needs
The related needs require that they belong to a particular group, associate, associate or group and that they are loved and beloved by the people they choose. People must be approved and belong to the groups to which they belong. These can be working groups, family groups, clubs, religious groups and even actions. Everybody needs to feel love both sexually and not sexually by other people and they are taken from them. When these social needs are not met, people are susceptible to loneliness and depression because of that.
Layer # 4 – (Status) Experience Needed
Attitudes or positions need to be respected by others and respect for themselves. To gain recognition for oneself and respect for others, by ourselves, engage in activities, hobbies and career counseling that gives us a sense of self-esteem and also becomes a way of comparing to others. Reliability, performance and performance are covered by the needs of your needs. Emergency security needs are fame, respect and glory, but this is dependent upon others reaching and is considered inferior to self-esteem, which depends solely on the individual.
Layer # 5 – Self-Actualization
Automation is to realize the possibility of being the best you can be in life. Freelance people have a more effective understanding of reality. They have a better ability to realize an efficient and logical way. A self-employed person takes care of and the world they live in as they are. They can enjoy them without regret, regret or apology and have no unnecessary obstacles. They are also sudden and encourage continued growth. They are introduced to a better understanding of duties. They can also be single without being lonely. They are responsible for themselves and have their own behavior. A self-employed person has a fresh perspective and appreciation of all as fundamental to life. Culture or stereotyping with people did not entertain them. They can also experience powerful feelings of unlimited perspective. They can see that they are both helpless and small in the world and also more powerful than quite physical in this world. A self-esteem develops affection for the good, the bad and the ugly. The truth is clear to self-employed people as others can not see it.
