What do Wolves and Leaders have in common?

So exactly what have wolves to do with CEO Strategist and leadership? The wolf is a very social animal. They travel together, eat together, hunt and play together. It's called a package. The package is usually a larger family group. Wolves in the pack are connected by blood line. Being recognized, respected and cared for by their siblings and parents is important to the wolf. Wolves are very careful that they do not get into unnecessary repetitive efforts. Each wolf can be heard from the package; a picture of individual respect.
