10 steps to greater personal power, happiness and success

Personal power and success comes through discipline, a common choice of thinking, emotions and actions. Here are ten short ideas you can do every day to help you gain more abundance in your life.

· You usually get what you think of, expect and look for in life. Just look at the best and goodness in yourself, life and others. Look for and expect great, abundance and happiness and that's what you find and create.

· The best way to get what you want is often to help others get what they want. Do you want to succeed? Joy? Abundance? Help others to reach them and the gratitude will be delivered by them, karma, the universe or your own subconscious mind.

· Look forward to each day with enthusiasm and positive certainty and expectations. Happiness and life success usually do not fall into our circles, we live with our thoughts, emotions and expectations.

· Take risks. Nothing much is always done to play it safe. Think little, get a little. Think great, get well. Pretty simple equations.

· Set unrealistic, demanding, but possible goals and goals for yourself, but not for others. You have to think and work in life. Why not think and act greatly! What do you need to lose? But do not expect or demand from others. You have no control or authority over them. Expect the same from them just puts you up to disappointment and frustration.

· Congratulations and reward for your little work along the way. Celebrate the little course on the way. You understand it and this will force you forward in a positive direction. Give yourself abundance and happiness and the universe will follow the suite.

· Listen a lot. Have a playful attitude. Why not? Is not it fun to have fun? So choose this. Strength comes from within. It will not simply appear from heaven.

· Be automatic. See life as a constant adventure. We live only once, as best I can say. At least in this body, this repetition we live only once. Squeeze the most juice you can out of yourself and your life EVERY EVERY DAY!

· Trust the intestines of your intuition. It's rarely wrong.

· Be aware of your thoughts and words. Remember that what you think and talk about is what you're looking for and creating in your life. If you grab yourself in a negative, even neutral, thoughts or words, swap them immediately with positive, supportive, creative, inspiring, rewarding, or loving thoughts or words.

Creative abundance, joy, prosperity and personal power is yours to take. THANK YOU! Peace and love all of you.

What is your superveld?

We all have five senses (some say we have sixth understanding); However, we do not have all the same skills when it comes to our use of vision, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Everyone has some sort of increased perception of sense with one or more of his senses and some less ability with others.

I clearly know my strengths and weaknesses regarding my perceptions. From the sixth grade I knew that perfect vision would be something I could not have without a correction lens (or relatively recent development of LASIK). I took glasses and lenses over the years, but I always envy those who have 20/20 eyesight, like my wife, a culturer.

I knew my vision was terrible but I was surprised at my last visit to the optometrist. After he made a few tests on my vision and determined my prescription, he said, "Oh, blind man!" In the beginning, I thought it was a little joke, but after a while I realized it was not. I can not see perfectly clear more than half a foot from my face and after learning how visual acuity is measured, I concluded that I technically considers a blind person without a correction lens. Keep in mind that this is not a legal blindness, that's when the visual acuity of man is greater than 20/200 with correction lenses. Nevertheless, I can not see the damn without my lenses; Thus, they are serious emotions for the visual sense.

On the other hand, I had a great ability to hear sound. I'm not a babe, a bird, a dolphin or a cat, but I have awesome skills to hear things that others around me can not. I'm not sure that this is related to poor visual acuity or too much ears, but I know I have the highest sense of hearing. In addition to hearing things that others can not, I can often detect specific types of sounds and clearly identified the location, direction and physical taste.

Despite this great audit ability, I have not been able to learn human echolocation like many blind people. True, this sonar system that bats and dolphins used to navigate their environment has been exploited by a number of blind people. In fact, a story of a blind boy can catch obstacles by listening to his echo club's echoes. Wow! Blind basketball player who can immerse a shot! I suppose I have no excuses when I throw bricks. Check out this amazing video of human echolocation in action.

I'm sure you've heard about superasters with a very acute taste. From what I have read, this increased sensitivity to flavors seems to be more headache than the superpower. Supertasters tend to constantly dislike bitter foods and get less pleasure from fatty acids and sugary foods.

It is estimated, however, that about 25% of European citizens are officers, with higher rates among women, Asia and Africa. Are you great? You can find out with this simple Supertaster quiz on the BBC homepage. You can also carry your own self-diagnosis with a mirror and a little blue coloring. This test can be done at home by measuring the density of the papers of fungiforms that contain smug on their surface. If you have a high density of these papillae, you're great!

Another of our five senses that can not always be a superpower when increasing the sense of smell. Oh, it's amazing how our ability to detect aromas can bring our feelings and call out long forgotten memories. After these plusses, would you like to adjust any aroma out there? My wife has an incredibly powerful olfactory. She smells of all kinds of things I can hardly discover or even know that are there. I'm sure that it is constantly associated with its great abilities, making the consumption of tasty food and drinking more enriching experiences. Nevertheless, this great sense of smell often results in a very unpleasant aroma that most people are aware of. I can not even remember how often she said, "What's the smell?" with a crushed nose, just like she had just hit the wind on some hardness. My answer to this is almost always, "What smell?" and this is not because i do it, that's because i really can not smell it. Serious!

Anyone, to the extent that superpowers go, covering just over four senses. I know that I have ruled out a sense of touch in a variety of ways where we possess or show superior ability. One can have an emotional floating response, an amazing sense of direction or internal GPS, superb flexibility, great balance resolution, bird-like magnetic resonance, etc. It is also common sense, which one of my best friends is always summarized in this way, "Common is at least common to all senses!" Do not forget about self-consciousness. Unfortunately, too many of my homosexuals do not know themselves and do not stand independent thinking.

The power of imagination and visual

The most important message everyone can get is found in just eight words – what you can think, you can achieve. Acceptance and utilization of these eight words has provided solutions in most life experiences (personal development, business, health, education, relationships, sports skills, etc.), Sometimes even performing the existence of miracles.

Emile Coue de Chataigneraie, a French psychologist and pharmacist, presented a very successful method of psychotherapy and self-improvement based on optimistic automated suggestions: "Every day I get better and better." Coueys methodology was based on the principle that all ideas that are purely mindful are becoming reality, of course, within reason. His ideas and methods were approved by so well-known individuals as Dr. Norman Vincent Peale; Author – The Power of Positive Thinking, Dr. Robert H. Schuller; American television server, priest, author and W. Clement Stone; businessman, philosopher and self-help author.

How this amazing power works

The ability to use imagination and visual is within all of us. Children are the best example we have. Children are encouraged to use their mind in play. Children play with a toy (or in the box where it was packed!) Use these two amazing tools to become a real pilot who is actually flying the toy or doll that becomes a real child, nurtures and loves it's mother and # 39 ;. The child does not realize the power used, the imagination – the thoughts on activities that are performed and visual images – create activities in mind, live and realistic.

Many children often lose incentives to imagine and visualize when they grow into adulthood. However, those who do not often go into creative jobs such as sculpture, architecture, painting, decorations, advertising, etc. Creative jobs must be able to see and imagine using one or more of the 5 senses; sight, taste, smell, touch, hear. Two examples of this could include a composer who hears the music in mind before writing or playing or a chef who can smell and taste culinary pleasure by imagining the content and the cooking process.

How to Increase or Restore the Power

The powers offered to us by these eight words are truly worth the effort to master them. There are four factors needed to come true to imagination and vision for full reality:

Desire – A Person Will Really Want It – Not A Half-Heart

Faith – An individual must undoubtedly believe that the desired outcome is possible

Expectations – an individual must expect success

Demand – Possible is important. There must be a personal commitment to doing all of the above to succeed.

All the factors described above can be achieved with hypnosis or properly trained self-esteem. The most important factor for success is of course a powerful message in eight words "What I can think of, I can achieve!"

Emotional Language

In the practice of psychology, I sometimes use technology called chair processing & # 39; – Ask customers to figure themselves out talking to an imaginary person in an empty chair that is against them. Very often they answer, "I feel stupid." What they really are feeling is embarrassing. It is a voice in their mind to think that these practices are stupid and the feeling that comes with is self-awareness and trouble.

So not only is the feeling they choose to identify the tag. Many of us have minorities to take negative emotions and automatically fall into themselves, automatically fall, as in this example, from oneself – consciousness and trouble in folly.

Define what you feel and say you feel so boring. We all have feelings and to be able to recognize that they are healthy. But getting your feelings – tag yourself and define yourself by them (especially when your feelings are negative) is to make you a lot of emotional service.

Think about it – how often do you hear someone saying "I'm feeling depressed" against "I'm depressed?"

The feeling of stupid, for many of us, approaches almost automatic negative thinking. Either, we are not good at taking a test, or scaring to write essays or not having a fine retort when someone is hurting us. Or we treat ourselves as socially innocent and think it's a form of stupid.

We understand that everyone around us knows how to negotiate the world better than we do – being intelligent and benefiting from their lives while fighting, inadequate and embarrassing.

If we understand the idea of being stupid by the emotions we find in our bodies, we will start to strengthen ourselves by gathering information. If our observations and ears burn; if our chest is dense; or our stomach is complete, we need to notice.

Then we could feel more sympathetic with us and observe that we focus on the physiological level from our emotional responses.

Psychological treatment, support groups, self-help books and spiritual ways can all help. Rather than receive "stupid definition", & # 39; judge yourself as simply stupid, find out what really happens to the surface and give you the opportunity to heal and strengthen yourself.

On sympathy and power

As a founder of the media platform, content of power and empathy is often part of my discussion with clients and students. One question that often arises is how to be in the same power and compassion at the same time.

This week I got a chance to experience this combination of energy. Someone I know has had a hard time and the last 6 months has been a hostility to those around him. He has alienated his many relationships and this assignment has seemed to make him even angry. I have often prayed for him, as I am more acquaintance than a friend, I have not taken part in situations.

This weekend, things changed when he decided to target me with his abusive behavior. He did it in such a way that I did not give me a chance to respond immediately and I got the day to work out and choose my next step carefully.

His attack on me had been about something personal and had been based on nothing like I had not done what I had been accused of. I realized that I could choose:

1) Responding to the same energy as him – ie. attack him again.

My problem with this is twofold. One, it's not my way to be this kind of person. Two, it will not solve anything to reflect him how he is other than possibly making him feel worse.

2) To respond with compassion and offer him space to free whatever he needs and offer the mirror of love.

My challenge to this, though I take this route sometimes, seems that the mirror was offering him and it did not seem to be helpful. Also, I'm more powerful and compassionate than compassionate with one.

3) To find a way to offer both sympathy and strength at the same time.

I chose # 3. I realized that while I could love him and pray for him, absolutely, I had to hold my power in my answer to him. Too many around him had retired and let him be insulting, which offered him a bed to be both offensive and lonely. I decided to stay in my strength and show him that I would not take his abuse and I could still love him at the same time.

I held my strength and compassion and it was an interesting experience. I told him how he was working was ignorant and I would not allow it to continue. I told him when he was ready to be what I saw in him, powerful and good … in pain and ready to take steps to work through the situation … he could contact me. I realized that he believed that it was not him that it was a part of him in pain and he allowed him to lead him and run out of anger rather than allow him to heal. I told him he had to find another way and that there were different ways, he would have to take steps to find them. I confirm that I also knew that he had the power in his own right to do so.

First, he did not know how to respond to spending six months having people drive from him without staying. Then he moved and laughed a little. I assume he realized that others were standing by him and not afraid. I watched him soften a little. He did not answer orally, just shook his head and laughed hugely and that was all right. No attachment came from me to go beyond this. We left the situation without needing more.

I have never heard of it again. My friend invited him to leave for a while. I know he finds his way.

Happiness or homework – Get organized for both!

If you're like most women with a family, are you still at work on your "free" time. Time off is not for rest or play, but to shorten the steep peak that never ends. Housing layout is necessary, but remember as Gretchen Rubin of the happiness project says: "Days are long but the years are short!"

How do we learn a bit of balance in keeping our mental health while you have a reasonably clean and organized home?

Many working women, including "living at home" moms, do even more than their fair share in work. Think about this: If someone had to pay for the maintenance project in the family, the average will decrease to $ 100,000 a year!

Want to see your time? Get some paper and divide the page into three columns. In the first column, list all weekly home projects. The next column is the approximate amount of time it takes per week. In the third column, who is doing it. Get up now and get a shipment!

Even young children can put clothes away, notice and help with simple tasks. My six year old granddaughter can run the vacuum with high traffic areas. Promoting your children on a positive road from a young age saves you countless hours by saying later! My mother was always reluctant to do homework on her day off. I do not teach her, but it did not help me to encourage me a lot!

Get organized with 4 leaflets

Life coach and writer Martha Beck created a priority device called The 4 B & B: Bag It, Barter It, Better and Batch It.

Bag means finish it! If you die once a week can you order it twice a month? Drop what you can. People who truly love you do not care about a little dust on your final table.

Barter It means a trade, including with money, to have someone else do it. Women often say they can not afford to clean a man but regularly spend it on a casual dinner. Feel guilty of paying someone to do your "work"? Think of it as priceless investment and spend valuable time back to you and your family!

Better it means adding something that is pleasing to something terrible. Hate to make dishes? Better by making a playlist that grinds your energy! Make it a game and count the layers needed to drain the sink. "Better It" for Your Kids and Google "Games To Get Your Kids To Do Chores!"

Batch It means doing similar tasks at a time. Choose one hour for the family "just do it" time. Release the electronics and did nothing else at that time . Make it fun and set up awards for everyone, including you. Awards are a powerful motive and do not have to be complex or expensive.

Organizing Boots

Break big jobs in small steps and start with the smallest. Give permission to stop completing the first step . To tell us that we only need to take one childhood relief relieves mental stress, and we might end up inspired to continue!

Little things add up. Stash natural cleaning wipe the bathroom and wipe the surface several times a week after your habit is accessible. You're already there and it takes 60 seconds to wipe out the sink. When you go through a room, pick up a few things. (See next.)

Get used to putting things in one place, even if it's just in piles. Give special fields for papers, mail, dirty clothes, coats and shoes. Even a small part of the organization saves a lot of time looking for lost things, reduces clutter and makes cleaning more efficient; Sorting a single pile is easier than finding it all over the day of cleaning.

Well done is half done. (Mary Poppins was right!) Choose one and just start! It's never like a painful task we think and it's usually done before we know it. Find the balance, make it fun, do it and go on to live your life!

Master 10 Simple self-certification rules

Forget your goals in life if you can not even encourage yourself to take action to accomplish them. It may sound strong, but that's the truth. You need to be able to learn yourself to instill and develop your self-confidence as it is the only lasting way that can ensure the success you've always dreamed of. The most important thing is your own action. You need to create and develop your own self-esteem to bring you the energy and enthusiasm to conduct your dreams in your life.

You need some kind of encouragement in everything you do. At work, you may need your colleague or boss to encourage you to succeed. At home, you may need a family member to share some thought ideas to keep you energetic in your quest for your dreams. They can sit with you all day and try to keep you interested. Again, this will be meaningless when you fail to acknowledge that you need more thought to really hold your interest, it's your suicide. This is a quality that will separate you from others.

Most people might think that this will be a very terrible task because you do not have a slight idea of how you're going to do this. You will be surprised at how easy this can really be done. Here are 10 items you need to follow:

1. Stop worrying about making mistakes.

Making mistakes is one way to learn and improve our lives. There is no one who never made a mistake. The most important thing here is that you see that you have made a mistake and do not repeat the same mistake again. You must learn most of your mistakes than any other way.

2. Enjoy your life well.

Happiness generates more positive energy within you. This energy is important to keep you more optimistic and enthusiastic about your life. Happy people are always encouraged to accomplish something in their lives.

3. Get out of your comfort area.

Get out of your comfort zone and try new things that bring more opportunities to you. Do not just deal with the same people, the same familiar places, skills or work. Explore new things that increase your ability to reach your goals and keep you motivated.

4. Think unthinkable.

Nothing will stop you from thinking about the goals you want to accomplish. You have to dream a lot to set the maximum. Everything starts with a dream. Do not limit yourself to your goals and dreams.

5. Read and listen to motivating topics.

You need to allocate your time to gain knowledge by reading motivational books and listening to inspired tapes. But you must also implement what you learn from reading and listening. New things you learn from these exercises will give you the excitement and energy to work better in order to achieve your goals.

6. Solve a problem instead of running away.

The journey to a successful destination will not be smooth all the time. You have to cope with difficulties. Do not stop when you find trouble in your quest to accomplish your dreams. Unrest and shocks naturally arise as part of the success of the company.

7. Thank you for every moment of your life.

Think about what your life really is like now. Thank you for every moment you have now. Thinking about the past or the day of dreaming about the future will not bring you anything. Thanks to current circumstances, you can feel better and realize that you continue to achieve your goals.

8. Complete what you start.

Once you've started something, complete it. Never abandon what you do halfway regardless of the results. This will allow you to complete what task you start, which is important if you really want to achieve your goals in life.

9. Face challenges one by one.

Challenges come to us almost all the time. Record one challenge at a time. Do not try to collect and deal with them at once. As the challenges accumulate, you will only feel less motivated to cope with them and ultimately unable to complete something.

10. Beware less of what people say.

You hear a lot of bad things people say about you. Sometimes these bad comments can come from someone near you. As long as you understand well and believe what you are doing, you can just ignore the comments people say about you. Thinking too much about what people say will only make you lose and lose focus on your efforts.

Of course, this list does not just stop here. In order to instill and develop your confidence, there are more ways you can do. But if you can really understand and take appropriate action based only on these 10 things, you'll definitely see the results.

Never Miss Motivation Again!

Imagine working on your new project, whether it's for work, school or university, it's a task that needs to be done as before. After having gone many times since the last moment, you commit yourself so that you will not delay and start the project immediately! You put all the preparation keys on your table; your sturdy pen, shining lamp, extra paper screws and of course your brain. Now wait your fingers because it's time to start this kid!

Oh no! You forgot your red pen! Better go catch it for this perfect meeting project mayhem! Okay, you got it, but for some reason your chair feels much more uncomfortable than last time, so you bend your buttocks till and fro until it's just home. Now you're ready to start … but you're just a stomach, "feed me". Should you eat or eat them? You eat because it is much more enjoyable than an empty paper. While you're eating, spot your favorite TV episode so you sit down and say to yourself "Only in 5 minutes, I'll get back." One hour later you still say it to yourself only until you notice it is close to 1am. Quickly, without hesitation, run on your work desk to make sure your papers are still left. You start freaking out and worrying. But that's not right? "I will only understand it until tomorrow, I have plenty of time." We all know what happens after that.

Why, why did I ever do this task in the first place? Well, that's because you linked too much pain to your work & # 39; and it causes you to feel sorry for the pain like; food, entertainment and being "disturbed". Who likes to have pain? No!

I have to admit I once was like this and I'm sure 90% of people are like this to some extent. They will never do things they do not want to do. Is there even a solution to this? Yes! And I'll share this with you now.

There are two motivations in life; pain or pleasure. Unfortunately, although I'm a guy for "positive thinking," pain is really more enthusiastic than pleasure. If you think about it, people usually get very good when they lose everything and hit the bottom line. Yes, I add these typical "rags to riches" stories. They want to get out of pain so they do something, try something, lose anything and anything to get out of the situation. We can now use this to take advantage of us!

Instead of connecting pain to work. Look at your final release when you complete this task and never stop reminding you of this opportunity. Revenues are always positive? Put it in context and ask yourself what would happen if you did not do a project. Pain right? Exactly. I have been doing this for many years and it has never been received.

1. Look at a nice outlet.

2. What would happen if you complete this task? Who would suffer? What would happen to you? Why?

Simple but still very effective. Good luck.

Now you can achieve anything without motivation

What if all these self-motivated motivational books were not really needed and you could achieve everything you desire with absolutely no motivation in life? How would it feel you? It would really be inspiring, evolving and allowing all of us to get where we want to go to life without having 21 million motivational books to get there. This is all possible and deviously simple and there are only 3 criteria that you must meet:

1) You are not expensive.

2) You have a logical object in your brain.

3) You must have something you want and want.

This article may most likely be read after you've posted it.

The key to this system of setting and achieving your goals is not that you need to be encouraged to reach a goal. As seriously, who is encouraged to go to the gym naturally !? probably about 1% of the population. The key is that you must logically know that you want to achieve the goal (it's something you really want in life, and if your job was not hard you should always work).

So how do we do this? We do it by establishing habits. A routine is a small easy task that can be repeated over and over again to achieve something big. Like writing 1000 words can be used, if you perform this routine over 100 times, you can write 100,000 dictionary with minimal effort. The key is not thinking about the future but just thinking about now, just concentrate on the 1000 words today and get them, do not even think about the final product, focus on it now and the rest will take care of themselves.

The first step is to assist exactly what your big task / goal requires, allowing you to take the first example of writing a book. Writing a book from start to finish requires a little planning and about 100,000 words to write (of course there are other steps, but these steps like finding an publisher are generally things you want to do, not what you should do). Now we take the tasks and break them into blocks of 1 hour that are easy to complete and very simple. The first week you can spend every day, just organize the book. Every day for one hour, you need to sit down and write a skeleton for chapter or two, finally you have the basic explanation of the book. Next to the writing, simply take all the words you need to write, divide them into chunks that you can easily complete in an hour (I aim for 30 minutes because it often takes longer than expected) and do it .

So now you have your lumps that you need to accomplish, simply do them, work out the same time and work in the same place every day and get a little bit of lump for that day. If you have more time and feel like working, you can continue to do more than expected but at least get the minimum done. Now often (especially after the first week or so) you will feel completely emotionally discharged and feel you have no incentive to continue working. Therefore, you need to turn off your emotional answers and simply go to autocracy, just ignore your feelings, screaming out and do the same what you will be so grateful that you did at the end. About roughly 30-day goal, if you continue with these practices, you'll realize that you're starting to feel good if you do not do your task for the day. This is the place where the habit is broken and all the time down to get whatever you want.

The biggest key to remember is to do it where you are sick, tired, depressed whatever, just do it. No matter how you feel or how the weather is (never perfect) just do it.

It can take you many years to reach your goal, but if you follow this pattern and never give up, you get it. Say you want to lose 50 pounds, in itself it's a big goal that seems to make great changes to achieve, but honestly in the real world does not. The main reason why it takes so long is simply that those who try it do not have a common routine, they may have 3 times a week for 3 weeks and then surrender and not go to the gym again for 2 months and eliminate it all work they did. Simply put in the gym every day for an hour, no matter how you feel, where tired, headache, get ready for just 30 minutes. If you do, you do not even need to keep track of your weight, just make sure that if you are going for 30 minutes each day, you can do more and more exercise each time (as you get an installation).

This also works very well, even doing something that is not immediately measurable like learning how to be better with women. In this case, you do not have to get certain words or calories a day, but simply insert time. Being naturally good with women can be like deception and it's so far away, but all that's needed is to go out and talk to women for a moment each day and at no time you'll discover you're now much better with women and being in social situations in general than before. Even if your enthusiasm dies completely and you're not usually forced to go out (though logical you'd rather be better for women I hope), just do it and go out for a little every day (or just Friday / Saturday night) and approach at least 5 different groups of women (do not go out and stand in the corner all night or you will not get anything). When you do it a little everyday It's impossible to get there and the only way you can probably fail is if you give up. It can take you 2 years, 4 years or even 10 years to reach the level you want to be where you are welcome in social situations, but know the more you put in the more you get out and by only have these little practices go 100x better than ordinary guys sit around to play PS2 one on Friday and Saturday night.

So, do it now, figure out at least one thing you want to get into your life, break it down and start working on those lumps day by day, no matter if it takes you 5 years if you do Do not probably take 25 years, or you can never do it. Just turn the project down to a small part and start going through them, gradually and gradually, and you will have finished your product and it seems far too easy.

NLP In Action – How To Create Super Motivation (Part Five)

Instant motivation is a reality. As we have seen in the previous four articles of this series, science of NLP (neuronal programming) can offer you ways to connect tasks or activities that you do not like to do (and then turn off or avoid doing at any time) for activities which you feel extremely pleasing. This connection allows you to experience much of the same pleasure when you are doing what you have previously avoided.

Once this link is complete, your biggest problem will make you stop doing this once a fear.

In our previous articles, we have imagined that you are a college student with real issues to get you to learn. At the same time, we have imagined you are pregnant with skiing. Every year you can not wait for the winter to come and the first snow falls so you can get on the slopes.

In our example, we have shown how you can create an occasion to convey something of the same pleasure you get from skiing to help you learn more.

In many cases, NLP technology works to create power plants just this easily and you can complete the process and create stimulating links within less than half an hour.

But what if you can not remember anything that you like as our imaginary student enjoys skiing? Remember that the key to this technique to work is to connect more pleasure to this goal than you have previously found a pain in it.

Let me put this differently. Whenever you find yourself avoiding or disabling a task or activity, that's why you avoid it because you associate something uncomfortable or "painful" with this activity.

In order to conquer this behavior, you must create a link where the pleasure of other experiences adds to the pain or incompatibility of the activities you have avoided.

Many of us, unfortunately, can not think of activities that give us much pleasure, otherwise our ability to visualize is limited to the fact that we can not recreate the perception of pleasure when we try to keep this in mind.

Fortunately, NLP scientists have identified three ways to overcome this problem, which we will discuss further in future articles in this series:

  1. The first method is called "stacking". This simply means that if one focused component is not strong enough to counteract the pain of avoiding activity, we use some pleasing factors and "stack" them until they combine to provide enough satisfaction that we can relate to counteract avoid behavior.
  2. The second method is multi-sensory visual. When someone can not create a visual image that is pleasing to suit our purpose, it's often the reason for being visually flat and dull. It's like the man can only see in black and white, no sound, smell or feel. But with some simple instructions, most people can be taught to use more senses (colors, sounds, odors, feel, etc.). When viewed, create a physical emotional effect as a result.
  3. Last technology is hypnosis. Almost everyone has a wide range of fun experiences that are stored in their brain that can be used to offset any unpleasant relationship. The problem that many people have is remembered. Fortunately, some simple self-help instructions are usually enough to help these people access this enjoyable experience.

Indeed, this problem is finding a satisfying experience that is strong enough to offset the inconvenience associated with the target audience. This is very easy to solve. In the next articles we will discuss how it is done.
