Given the prevalence of dementia and the fact that many of us are aging, it is especially important for us to try to keep our knowledge. It is so much that tries to keep us away from preserving our minds, such as continuous rush and stress. These factors have high stress on the brain.

It's not always easy to change our lifestyle. However, we can change how we respond to our lifestyles, and we can choose to take measures to maintain a healthy and healthy living.

3. Keep reading and writing and if you have not read and write a lot at the beginning of life. You can choose to read a book for a week or month if you never read a book. If you never wrote anything, start a diary. All of this can make your mind much sharper.

4. Do not allow your brain to adjust by watching a lot of TV. Watching TV is usually an idle feature that does not stimulate the brain. Also, do not do passive tasks like text all the time or browse the internet. These actions do not help your brain become sharper than do the opposite.

5. Be a social participant. Make sure you have good friends who care about you and vice versa and connect with them repeatedly. The feeling of deep relationships with others is so important for health and well-being and effective cognitive activity.

6. Keep physically active. Take a walk if you can, and if you like swimming, it's a great way to be cool while you're working. It's also a great way to get along with nature. And it's so important to feel well connected to both the world and yourself in it.

7. Do not get discouraged and give up if you have a temporary memory impairment. Just keep going. Memory disorders are an integral part of the brain function. We all seem to see us when we are old. But because of stress is so much of our lives, being forgotten is so much of our lives.

By taking these measures, you must take steps to keep your brain from getting more demented. And this is so important for overall quality of life. This is because without a successful mind you can not get a good quality of life.
