6. Keep physically active. Take a walk if you can, and if you like swimming, it's a great way to be cool while you're working. It's also a great way to get along with nature. And it's so important to feel well connected to both the world and yourself in it.
7. Do not get discouraged and give up if you have a temporary memory impairment. Just keep going. Memory disorders are an integral part of the brain function. We all seem to see us when we are old. But because of stress is so much of our lives, being forgotten is so much of our lives.
