Happy living is nothing but living a normal life without unnecessary effects, problems and excitement. The art of happy living is not a complex kind of art hard to learn but rather simple art to live well, eat well, think well and feel good. Just set your mind to enjoy every moment of life and let the joy accompany you.

Happiness is purely an internal matter. It has nothing to do with your remote situation. Most people make a fatal mistake looking forward to happiness rather than looking inside. Only fools are worried about the circumstances they do not control. Why are you worried if you can not change the weather, rather fun if it's hot, humid, cold, cloudy, blurry or snowy. Keep your inner mortgage pleasant all the time. Do not allow external issues to take your smile away.

The feeling of happiness is before you. There is something positive in you that keeps you happy and something negative for you that keeps you unhappy. You need to look carefully at something. If you want to live a happy life, get rid of a negative "something" that makes you unhappy. Negative approach always complicates the problem and increases unhappiness.

Happy life is a reward of positive thinking. Remember, only positive thinking can bring happiness to your life. If you can not think positively, you can not live happily. Be your own trainer and consultant. Look at everything with a positive perspective. Find something good, even in the most important moments of your life. Make positive thinking based on your happiness.

Happiness is all around. It's not far away from you. If you do not want to live happy, it's you. It is your own choice. Do not blame others. Do not blame your fate or external circumstances.
